To measure the quality of service in the study using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26. The data collection technique in this study was conducted by filling out questionnaires and observations while the data analysis technique used the interval method. The method used in this research is quantitative. The purpose of this study is how the Quality of Service for Proposing Lecturer Academic Position Levels from Lector to Head Lector at Regional II Higher Institutions Palembang. In order for the quality of services provided to run well, they must maximize the achievement of the planned Vision and Mission.
